Hi, I’m Mak 🙋♀️
I’m your go-to-gal when you’re:

🫠 And find yourself wrangling with a lot of anxiety but seemingly no answers
It’s a strange speciality I have 🤷♀️, but I’m thrilled to play the part!
How did I become “that gal”?
I’ll tell ya! → I spent the first 30 years of my life as a committed student and steward to topics of health, wellness, mindfulness, personal development, nervous system regulation, breath-work, emotional intelligence, and designing one’s life.
I also spent the first 30 years of my life completely riddled with stress and anxiety.
AND … it seemed to just get worse each year I got older and with each new healthy thing I added into my life!
→ 🧘♀️ Despite being a devout student and instructor of yoga & meditation
→ 🥕 Despite practically living at Whole Foods, local farmers’ markets and organic co-ops
→ 🏔️ Despite consistently getting a gorgeous amount of time outdoors
→ 🏃♀️ And despite consistently prioritizing exercise
I was doing all the “biggest and most important things” to reduce anxiety, and yet, my anxiety seemed to always oscillate between “remaining the same” 😕 … or … spiraling “totally out of control” 🌪️.
So I knew something was missing.
And as I continued to get deeper and deeper into my anxiety hole 🕳️ … especially when extreme panic attacks took over my 20’s … I got bored, drained, fed up, turned off and even appalled by common approaches, interventions and offerings towards this thing we call “anxiety”.
After years of experience and observation, I spotted some serious gaps in the mental health and people changing industries, as well as general pop cultural trends towards health and wellness.
I felt strongly that these trends were leading both myself and millions of others to be stuck on what I call “the perpetual starting line” of always:
→ 🔄 🥵 “working on”
→ 🔄 🥵 “managing”, or
→ 🔄 🥵 “finding coping strategies” for our anxiety
Once I got clear about the most common mishaps and pitfalls (many of which I was doing myself 🙋♀️😬) … I set out to help others (after dramatically reducing my own anxiety of course 😉).
So if you’ve been feeling like you’re always “back to square one” with your anxiety … never ACTUALLY getting better … despite all your dabbling, doings and best efforts to enhance your mental health - then congrats!

Mak is my name, and I provide private life coaching services to anxiety sufferers who:

My intention for you, and for everyone else that comes my way, is to make the anxiety reduction process a

so you can launch into more vibrant mental health with a heck of a lot less brain pain, brain drain and wallet strain along the way.
In other words, I aim to take as much mind drama out of the most mind-drama-centric experience humans have ever come to know - 🫠 ANXIETY.
I use my own life experience, creativity, passion and Rapid Resolution Therapy to drive results for both my own life & my clients.
Outside of anxiety coaching
When I’m not bouncing and juggling the inner workings of my clients’ minds, and obsessing over my clients’ results 🤗 …
I switch gears to my other obsession →🏐 bumping and bouncing around volleyballs while pretending I’m also a professional sand volleyball player.
