    All introductory services are designed to serve as a hyper focused container for launching you forward into lesser and lighter anxiety - and ASAP ✨🚀✨. Because I’m going to guess that you’ve been feeling crappy enough for long enough 🤷‍♀️ - am I right?

    The most popular introductory service is a single 2-3 hour focused session. Your introductory service is designed to provide you an immediate an intensive burst of support right from the very start, and is a great way to “try out” coaching.

    What’s covered during the introductory session? For most folks, it ends up being this.

    After your introductory service is completed → AND ← you are highly satisfied with the support and experience received thus far, we then move forward with teaming up together for a regular cadence of support (having weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions) … or … ad-hoc sessions (i.e. you book sessions with me whenever you’re feeling called towards getting a boost of support, or are feeling you would benefit from some touch-up support).

  • Prices vary depending on the services selected, with the average coaching session price hovering around $100. Insurance is not accepted, but various payment plans are available to provide cushion and flexibility for your investment needs.

    All new clients begin with an introductory session, which is not only a great “try out coaching” time, but also - for some - the introductory session can end up being a one-and-done session, thoroughly meeting the support needs for why that particular person came to Actionable Anxiety!

  • All coaching sessions range between 45 minutes to 3 hours in length, with the majority of recurring coaching sessions being 45 minutes. Longer sessions are often reserved for introductory & one-off sessions.

  • NO! This is a very common question I get, and one I love to answer and chat about with folks. But the short answer is → NO HOMEWORK 🎉 ←. I consider it my responsibility to cause a transformation for you, and I firmly believe that your desired transformation is best acquired through how we utilize our shared session time.
